Any school, community center, or organization that serves children and adolescents can host an ALIGN event. We work with public schools, private schools, after-school programs, and community organizations.
The toolkit is designed to make hosting an ALIGN event simple and organized. It includes:
● Event overview and timeline
● Nutrition lecture (child and teen versions)
● Host setup guide
● Volunteer guides for each station
● Printable station posters
● Student take-home cards
ALIGN programs are designed for students in elementary through middle school, typically ages 8-14. Our curriculum is adaptable to different age groups and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your students.
A typical ALIGN event runs approximately 45-50 minutes, including an educational lecture and interactive station rotations. We can adjust the schedule to accommodate your organization's needs.
Volunteers assist with setup, guide students through interactive learning stations, help distribute educational materials, and support the overall event logistics. Medical professionals can also serve as station leaders.
ALIGN events are offered at no cost to host schools and organizations. Our programs are funded through grants and partner organization support, making health education accessible to all communities.
